CRM CPQ SAP Architect (Remote) MediaKind is seeking an experienced CRM CPQ SAP Architect to join the IT Business Applications team that supports MediaKind Business worldwide. This role will provide you the opportunity to sharpen your technical, analytical, and business skills. Key Aspects Daily, hands-on application of your functional and technical knowledge and experience of SAP C4C HANA and SAP CPQ (Callidus) tools, systems, and processes to support various business requirements and demands. Provide technical guidance and leadership into developing various CRM CPQ solutions to as required . Maintain the overall integrity and functionality of the Sales Cloud in conjunction with the requirements of the Director of Corporate Systems. Provide guidance and best practices around CPQ solutions, to include product configuration, Price Book administration, proposal development, and any related elements. Lead support and implementations activities for the successful delivery of CRM CPQ solutions for MediaKind’s business platform. Participate in technical and end-user testing and troubleshooting activities . Identify and recommend appropriate continuous improvement opportunities. Ability to work well independently and lead other team members as necessary. Ability to analyze key business drivers and translate them into actionable requirements for the technical and functional implementation teams. Required Technical and Professional Expertise In depth practical knowledge of CRM CPQ busines s processes for Sales and Services. A minimum of 7 -12 years of SAP C/4 HANA solution design, implementation and roll-out experience. A thorough and clear understanding of SAP CRM CPQ architecture, c onfiguration and implementation. Practical experience with SAP C/4 HANA implementation methodology and deployment options. An ability to develop SAP Analytics Cloud solutions. A working knowledge of web services API integrations with other systems, including CRM. Preferred Skills Strong business process knowledge and the ability to map business requirements to standard SAP best practices with minimal customization. CRM CPQ SAP experience in a high-technology field. Demonstrated leadership skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively mediate opposing viewpoints.
