SAP OCM Analyst


Role SAP OCM Analyst (Change Management) Location Denver, CO (Can work remote but MUST travel 50 of the time to different locations) Duration 6 months Start Date ASAP Interview Phone Face-to-face or Skype to start Job Summary The Change Management Analyst plays a key role in ensuring change initiatives for SAP implementations meet project objectives by increasing employee adoption and usage. This person will focus on the people side of SAP transformation initiatives to support customer success including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance. The Change Management Analyst will work to drive faster adoption, higher utilization and greater proficiency of the changes that impact employees across an organization. Responsibilities While the Change Management Analyst does not have supervisory responsibility, this person will have to work through many others in the organization to succeed. The Change Management Analyst will act as a coach for senior leaders and executives in helping them fulfill the role of change sponsor during SAP digital transformation initiatives. The Change Management Analyst will provide direct support and coaching to frontline managers and supervisors, and support project teams in integrating change activities into their SAP project plans. Responsibilities of the Change Management Analysts may include Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities Assess the change impact Identify, analyze, prepare risk mitigation tactics Identify and manage anticipated resistance Integrate change management activities into SAP project plans Coach and engage senior leaders, managers, and project teams Develop targeted stakeholder communication Support training efforts Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities Support the development of a Center of Excellence Evaluate and ensure stakeholder readiness Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress Contribute to ongoing development of tools, templates, and methodologies for all aspects of organizational change management Qualifications 6 years’ experience of applying organizational change management strategies in complex IT andor manufacturing environments Change management certification Prosci Certification a plus Leadership Coaching experience Familiarity with SAP project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics Problem solving and root cause identification skills Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges Qualification and background in organization design is an asset Contact Akshay Kr.
