Your primary focus will be delivering creative and error-free solutions to client challenges. You will be a critical member of the team working with our program leads to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive solution will be delivered on-time and on-budget to the utmost satisfaction of our clients.Skills and attributes for successYou will have previous experience with SAP ERP applications, ideally S/4 HANA, and will be experienced in areas such as financials, procure to pay, planning and consolidation or data modelling. You will have experience working in a team environment and exhibit leadership skills. You will possess excellent communication skills and an inclination to bond with the customer to provide an outstanding service delivery experience.To qualify for the role you must have2 years of work experience, including 1 year of system implementation execution, system implementation design, and/or lean / six-sigma operational improvementPrevious hands-on experience with at least one SAP module ECC/ S/4 HANA application such as FICO, AP, AR, BPC, HANA modelling, BI, Bank AnalyzerPrevious exposure to process design and mapping, with a strong understanding of deployment methodologies (ideally agile)Outstanding communication and interpersonal skillsSuccessful experience with a Big-4, High-profile SAP client, or key role during an SAP implementationWillingness and ability to travel up to 70-100%Ideally, you’ll also haveA minimum of 1 year of relevant experience at a financial services company or comparable industry experiencePost-graduate / Graduate degree in computer science, engineering, accounting, finance or a related fieldExtensive exposure to requirements gathering and fit-gap analysesStrong knowledge of record-to-report processesExperience in data modelling and reporting engagementsWhat we look forStrong team work, work ethic, commitment to continuous improvement and a relentless commitment to EY values.What working at EY offersWe offer a competitive compensation package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to our business.
