Home location can be anywhere in the U.S. Must be open to travel up to 100% of the time (typical Monday – Thursday travel week). Position Description: Are you ready to take your SAP development and leadership to the next level? NTT Data Business Solutions is looking for people with great communication and collaboration skills to work on one of our many new SAP S/4HANA (1710 and 1809) implementation projects. In this role, you will lead a team of developers (ABAP, Integrations, WRICEF, etc.) to deliver great technical solutions for our business value streams. You will work closely with both our senior functional consultants and our enterprise architect to define the right solutions for our clients. You will report into our PMO, requiring the leadership and communication to report how the technical development is progressing, including number of objects, estimates vs. actuals, etc. This is a great opportunity to continue with hands-on architecture and development of solutions, while being a leader for the project for our technical workstream. Duties and Responsibilities: Developer Leadership Design solutions and specifications (WRICEF) to close business requirement gapsLead solution implementation, testing and training of development objectsIdentify and assist in development of itelligence intellectual property Project Management Provides ongoing visibility to the direction of SAP product within specific discipline including new functionality or typical third-party applicationEstablish project tracker to manage the technical project planAnalyze Client requirements and provide detailed technical solutionsAct as trusted advisor to the Client and to Project ManagementForecast resources to ensure right consultants are available at right time for the projectManage offshore development work Position Requirements/Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (or its equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or related fieldTen years of hands on experience in software development across multiple modules including writing technical specifications and performing code reviews in ABAP and ABAP ObjectsAt least three years of technical lead experience, including collaboration with offshore developersThree full lifecycle SAP implementationsAbility to lead strategic workshops with clientsExperience across multiple industriesExperience leading accelerated implementationsExcellent written and verbal communicationStrong knowledge in Microsoft Office products including Project and SharePoint Preferred: Advanced degreeS/4HANA / SCP / Fiori / UI5 development experienceProject Management training / PMI certification NTT Data Business Solutions offers competitive salaries, excellent health and dental benefits, including 20 days of Paid Time Off in addition to 10 paid holidays, a 401k plan, remote work opportunities and many other great benefits.
