This individual will work on project teams with business partners and Information Systems resources. The SAP Analyst may also lead projects and act as a subject matter expert for their functional area.Essential Job FunctionsAnalyze and document existing processes and operating proceduresAnalyze and understand business issues; work with the business and IS to develop technical solutions to these problemsParticipate in and/or facilitate large to small IS projects; includes the development and maintenance of project plans and providing regular updates to managementFollow development methodology and standardsCoordinate user acceptance testing with the businessTranslate business requirements into technical designs. Perform peer design reviewsManage the deployment of new solutions, including documentation and training as requiredHold workshops and facilitate meetings as requiredProvide day-to-day support to business usersProvide production support as necessaryRequirements3 years of experience in SAP FI-CO SystemsMinimum 3 years total IS experienceRetail experience is a plusWorking knowledge (3 years) of the SAP Accounting module including Financial Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Controlling, Profitability Analysis, and FSCM Sub-modules.Understanding of core SAP FI integration points preferred. Includes Materials Management, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management Sales and Distribution.Experience with SAP integration functions using standard SAP tools (IDocs, BAPIs) for customers, accounts receivable, and other FI/SD/MM documentsParticipation in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation is preferredMay need to work on weekendsOther duties as assignedCB
