Job Description – Business Analyst – SAPAPO BUSINESS ANALYST – SAPAPO A global consumer goods organization is actively seeking a Business Analyst with a strong background in SAP and APO (Advanced Planner Optimizer) to join their local team. The Business Analyst will own and manage the supply chain planning system capabilities for the logistics planning organization. Within this role, the APO Business Analyst will lead continuous improvement efforts between US Operations leadership and IT, act as a support structure for the planning organization, and implement best practices to deliver supply chain cost and service results. Excellent communication skills are required. Responsibilities Own and manage the supply chain planning systems capabilities and projects Will work under the functional supervision of a Project Manager. The primary responsibility is the analysis of and documenting business requirements, collaborating with subject matter experts and technology partners to establish technical vision. Serve as support function for SOP supply, demand and deployment planning LeadDrive weekly and daily routines with IT support to manage and resolve issues raised by business functions Liaison between logistics business teams and IT to prioritize and interpret technical solutions to business requirements and issues Act as the problem solvinganalytical powerhouse for the supply chain planning and execution functions Execute actions to deliver and optimize working capital, operational cost, service and quality Requirements Bachelor’s degree 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in supply chain planning and execution 1-3 years of experience working directly with SAP including APO SNP and DP, SAP BW, SAP ECC Develop comprehensive user acceptance test scripts as well as potential facilitation andor execution of user acceptance testing and the strategic testing plan Develop and implement communication, deployment and decommission plans Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, uses cases, business analysis, task and workflow analysis Proficient with Microsoft Excel
