Customer Service/Sales Rep SAP Experience required
Sirius Technical Services is seeking a Customer Service/Sales Rep in Piscataway, NJ for a temp to perm opportunity. This is a remote position once training is complete with occasional onsite reporting as needed. (can change to hybrid after restrictions of COVID are lifted). Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, technical, or other relevant field SAP knowledge required Knowledge of payment terms (net 30, cash in advance) and INCO terms. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ability to manipulate spreadsheets, create Pivot tables, etc. Strong computer knowledge and ability to learn new programs. Ability to self motivate, maintain high level of organization, and coordinate/prioritize many projects simultaneously Must be able to work independently, support multiple functions, and consistently meet deadlines. Must have positive attitude, team building skills, and work well with others. Desire to grow within the position and company. Job Requirements: Job Functions: Assist with Customer Service Functions Back up for vacations for other Service Reps. · Assist with Account Receivables. This includes working with sales team to collect from overdue accounts. · Follow-up on Product samples as needed. · Assist other CSR’s with orders as needed.
