State-of-the art production facilities in California and Texas convert an abundance of high-quality milk into a variety of nutritious cheeses, whey protein and lactose.A Typical Day The Functional Analyst III (SAP FICO) will be working with the operations and business teams to work on key strategic projects and day to day support activities for the appropriate applications. The Functional Analyst III (SAP FICO) will evaluate and design solutions to improve processes for their respective support areas. The Functional Analyst III (SAP FICO) is responsible for all facets of the project lifecycle as it pertains to approved projects focusing on delivering project on time and on budget. Job Responsibilities Provide primary end user support of the SAP FICO modules primarily for the Accounting, Financial Analysis, Controlling and Milk Accounting business areas. This includes troubleshooting, diagnosis, and resolution of end user problems as well as performing routine system maintenance checks and corrective actions. Complete SAP FICO (GL, AR, AP, AA, MM, CO, CC, CE, PC and IM) configurations in an ECC 6.0 environment to meet business requirements. Design and execute test plans to ensure that business requirements and functional specifications are implemented properly and meet business objectives. Communicate SAP capabilities/possibilities within functional modules to business users. Collaborate with all other SAP Analysts to support enhancements and analyze financial impact, including but not limited to BI, MM, PPPI, PM, SD, WM. Support Managerial and Operational reports using Business Intelligence tools. Maintaining interfaces between systems where applicable. Support Period End Close process. Identify and correct errors. Establish corrective processes. Solution design, development, technical documentation, project life cycle and software production support. Build test cases and execute against those test cases for the testing life cycle including: Unit, Integration, and Regression Tests. Prepare detailed technical specifications for development activities using appropriate programming languages. Development activities include: enhancements, interfaces, workflows, forms, and reports. Ensures that all applications deliver a consistent high level of quality, minimizing program bugs and inefficiencies. Coordinates efforts across all Information Services and Business teams and ensures full communication of project-related work to these teams. Build internal knowledge database to improve service to our internal customers.What You Will Need Bachelor’s in computer science or related field plus 5 years related experience OR Master’s degree plus 1 year related experience Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical staff and with members of interdisciplinary team Strong trouble-shooting, analytical, and critical thinking skills and the ability to translate higher level knowledge to others Ability to effectively manages multiple priorities Ability to understand complex business processes, rules, and demonstrate business acumen, and is subject matter expert. Strong experience with CO-CCA, CO-IO, CO-PC, CO-PA and Material Ledger. Project management at a basic level, including coordinating and managing project tasks. In-depth cross functional knowledge in multiple SAP modules or non-SAP applications Experience in debugging ABAP programs Project management at an advanced level, including coordinating, project tasks and managing resources. Creation and presentation of status reports. Ability to lead process design sessions with Business teams What Will Put You Ahead Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Accounting, Finance or related field plus 7 years related experience OR Master’s degree plus 2 years related experience Experience in debugging ABAP programs Experience with SAP S/4 HANA Experience with SAGE Fixed Assets and Concur.
