You’re supported by passionate teammates along the way, and our collective, collaborative spirit fuels our incredible progress.Job DescriptionPrimary ResponsibilitiesLead strategic vendor partnerships with a focus on delivering efficient solutions in a timely mannerDrive strategic design, implementation, and support processes, as well as proactively develop and implement regular improvementsLead and manage the SAP Security team, ensuring prompt, efficient, and effective supportEnsure effective post-implementation documentation, procedures, and accountabilities have been clearly established, while supporting critical care activities to maintain a highly satisfactory level of support as per internal standards and key stakeholders’ expectationsParticipate in and contribute to projects and initiatives working with all SAP and Identity Access Management (IAM) team members, architectural, development and engineering teams, service owners, and business stakeholders to provide enterprise SAP Security solutions that are scalable, adaptable and aligned to business needs and industry demandsCollaborate with internal and external peers, to deliver SAP Security capabilities in unique scenarios with different needsLead and support technology deployments, anticipating and ensuring that all critical SAP Security functions are considered by design and working properlyWork collaboratively with implementation/support partners, vendors, and the SAP Security team to resolve issues and produce accurate root cause analysis after outages or eventsAssist in aligning security functions with global strategies, actively participate in global forums/teams and act as a point of contact for all SAP Security servicesQualificationsBachelor’s degree and 8 years of relevant information security experienceIn-depth knowledge of SAP platforms and their security: Basis, ECC, S/4HANA, APO, and CRMIn-depth knowledge of SAP role design and re-design, GRC/SoD in multi-region, multi-instance environments with distinct business processes and controlsExperience assessing risk in both day-to-day operations and projects and ability to convey such risks with a coherent severity scale to important stakeholders/partnersProven track record of success leading Security in large, multinational/multiregional organizations and large/complex projects involving multiple business stakeholders and integration/support partners displaying a high sense of project success ownership, sound decision-making and strategic direction.Intermediate knowledge/experience with Active Directory and Identity Management Systems (IDM) and cloud platforms (MS Azure, GCP, etc)Superb communication skills, including:Ability to translate sophisticated technical issues or concepts to non-technical audiences in a clear and concise mannerUnderstanding the needs of business stakeholders and communicating them to development/implementation/operational support partnersBrief C-Suite executives on project status, future strategy, key areas of improvement and operational effectivenessStrong leadership skills (team building, mentorship), a can-do attitude, willingness to learn and comfortable with venturing into technologies and business areas outside of normal set of responsibilitiesAbility to assess urgency and prioritization, both in day-to-day operations and project support activitiesLocation(s)Chicago/Aon Center, Employee’s Home – Geo, Employee’s Home – NationalEqual Opportunity Employer–minorities/females/veterans/individuals with disabilities/sexual orientation/gender identity Full time
