Responsibilities: Be an Advocate & Technology Leader Program well-designed, testable, efficient and documented code. Evolve Supply & Inventory Planning Technology Best Practices. Build strong and effective partnerships with Tech Leaders and Architects across the Function. Advocate DevOps practices and mindset. Lead and Deliver Technology Products Experience in working with SAP products like ECC MM, S4 Hana, SCPI and SAP Data Intelligence. Understanding of SAP Intelligent Robotic Process Automation and SAP CI/CD pipeline for SAP HANA (MTA). Experience in working with 3 party integration tools like NiFi, Kafka, etc Experience in Application Engineering Principles and in providing the guidance to the team on putting together detail design, solving complex problems and supporting the team. Responsible for providing operations insights in ensuring that the Tech Designs driven by the Engineering Manager has the right level of detail and that it meets the product technical and business needs. Responsible for working with Product managers in preparing Product Technology Roadmap for the enabling Nikes future capabilities. Hands on ABAP development and S4 configuration in supporting product needs. Drive collaborative reviews of design, code, test plans and dataset implementation performed by other Application Engineers in support of maintaining Engineering standards. Anticipate, identify and Troubleshoot complex issues and perform root cause analysis to proactively resolve product and operational issues. Mentor and develop other application engineers in solving issues and driving best practices. Enforce architecture, governance, security, and global process standards to system changes and deployments. Help build an effective team and partnership with stakeholders. Skills Expertise in SAP MM in traditional DB and SAP HANA or SAP S/4 HANA. Technical and Business expertise of the application in area of responsibility. Strong data profiling and analysis experience using SQL. Experience in developing high level conceptual application and data design. Conceptual knowledge of cloud technologies and services and how they can leverage to build a solution Working knowledge and experience with a diversity of applications and tools. Strong experience in Business and Data Analysis, Data Profiling, Data Migration, Data Integration and Metadata Management Services. Experience in developing test-driven design and development. Experience in doing high level work estimates and work breakdown What you bring to Nike: Bachelors degree in computer science or related technical field. 6 years hands on experience in Application configuration, development, testing with a focus on Material Management (MM) solution. 4 years of professional experience in S4 Hana MM module including end to end Implementation, support, testing, User, business process consulting, Idoc, Business Blueprinting, Purchasing and Materials Management (2 years additional experience in lieu of a degree). 6 years’ working as an Application Engineer in a complex matrix organization within a global IT environment having diverse and complex landscape. 2 years’ mentoring, governing, and supporting 2 or more Junior developers concurrently (preferred) Minimum of 5 lifecycle deployment in SAP MM in traditional DB and 1 life cycle deployment in SAP HANA (prefer S/4HANA). Excellent understanding of business processes in Logistics – Material management & Inventory management. Team mentoring, Team co-ordination, Team Guidance, manage the Functional deliverables, Client Interaction, help team to complete the developments and meet the deadlines. Configuration of MM Organizational Structure, Master Data, Purchasing, RFQ, Pricing Procedure, Release Procedure with Release Strategies Should have experience in cloud technologies. Well versed with Agile methodology. Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
