If you’re looking for a firm with a strong team connection where you can be your whole self, have an impact, advance your skills, deepen your experiences, and have the flexibility and access to constantly find new areas of inspiration and expand your capabilities, then consider a career in Advisory.KPMG is currently seeking a Lead Specialist to join our Federal Advisory practice.Responsibilities:Develop and implement technology improvements that result in sustainable and compliant processes that improve financial reporting / operationsLeverage SAP ECC 6.0 to build reports and information for client community Provide SAP process and data support to financial reporting stakeholdersSupport areas of data management, data extraction, data analysis, advanced analytics, reporting, and audit responseQualifications:A minimum of five years SAP system experienceBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline from an accredited college/university; Master’s degree from an accredited college/university preferredExperience with following SAP ECC 6.0 modules: Financial Accounting (FI), Funds Management (FM), Materials Management (MM), Inventory Management (IM), Sales & Distribution (SD)Strong understanding of SAP configuration decisions, customized solutions, feeder systems, Intermediary Documents (IDOCs)Demonstrated knowledge of SAP’s reporting capabilities such as: SAP Business Warehouse (BW), Business Explorer (BEx), Business Objects and/or Cloud AnalyticsUnderstanding of System Engineering and IT Project Management methods for SDLC to include Waterfall, Agile, Scrum as well as leading methodologies such as CMMIExperience managing programs and project teamsAbility to travel as required to support firm engagementsAbility to obtain a U.S. Federal government security clearance within a reasonable period of time, which requires U.S. citizenshipKPMG LLP (the U.S. member firm of KPMG International) offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
