Responsibilities Provides solutions to complex business problems for area(s) of responsibility where analysis of situations requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives. Involved in setting strategic direction to establish near term goals for area of responsibility. Interacts with senior management levels, which involves negotiating or influencing on significant matters. Has latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments. Decisions have a lasting impact on area of responsibility with the potential to impact outside area of responsibility. Manages large teams andor work efforts. Coordinates with client on new Project Solutions, reviews and approval discussions Requirements 8 years of SAP BASIS experience. 5 years of consulting experience and 3 years of experience leading on and offshore teams. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Expert level knowledge of the following SAP Functional Areas S4HANA, Ariba, IBPSCM, HANA, PIPO, BW, BI, ABAP, JAVA Stack, ECC, GTS, Fiori, Solution Manager, CHaRM, Portal, HR. Minimum of five years of direct operational experience in the following Access Control, SOD, Risk analysis and Remediation, Emergency Access Management, Business Role Management, Custom Rule Set Creation, Role Design, Promoting Changes, Upgrades and Refreshes, supporting upgrades from the perspective of testing, Process Management and Reporting Establishing and implementing role-based security using Single, composite, derived roles and comfortable with enabler role concept.
