Hands-on experience in SAP Convergent Mediation. Design, develop, document, test, deploy Convergent Mediation work flows per business requirements Collaborate and coordinate with cross functional teams to implement new cross functional feature Identifytroubleshoot application andor code-related issues Demonstrate creative, strategic thinking and problem solving Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communications skills with technical and non-technical clients Provides status updates to the team on a regular basis Should be able to work offshore team to deliver the projects and complete support activities Solid understanding of BRIM architecture including Convergent Charging, Convergent Invoicing, Billing and Revenue Innovation Management, Subscription Order Management is a PLUS Job Requirements 5 or more years of experience in designing, developing and deploying workflows in SAP Convergent Mediation 3 or more years of experience in database design, scripting Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong troubleshooting, problem solving and analytical skills are an absolute must
