Enhancements include modifications of the Illinois Tollway’s existing dunning rules, SAPBRIM and SAP CRM capabilities. Specific projects will vary and include changes to customer service offerings, online payments, dunning reform, noticeinvoice re-statement, and management of complex integrated deployments.
