We are currently seeking an SAP FICO Support Analyst to join our Applications Platform & Product Center of Excellence (APPCOE) team. No relocation is being offered for this position. The candidate will be based at any Eaton facility in the US. If the candidate resides within 50 miles of Beachwood, Ohio, the candidate must work at that site. If the candidate resides more than 50 miles away from Beachwood, Ohio, the candidate will work from a remote Eaton facility or an approved home office. The SAP FICO Support Analyst will provide day-to-day support, predominantly High to Critical complexity incidents, that are disrupting normal business operation in a timely manner, to ensure timely, reliable, cost effective service to Eaton employees and customers. In this role: You will have expertise/knowledge on end to end implementation and provide design, solution, coding recommendation on all modules/entire application. You will possess in-depth understanding of existing systems, applications and their integrations and processes. You will participate in meetings and facilitate discussion that leads to meaningful dialogue and identifies and documents appropriate system / business requirements. You will recommend alternative designs/solutions. You will review and approve code and design. You will maintain an understanding of key processes, schedules, cycles, profiles, etc. for the technical systems in use by a customer. You will publish or have input into technical articles and white papers. You will develop and deliver presentations as a technical expert. You will develop communications for Corporate-wide technical directions. You will determine methods and procedures for solving complex Technical issues encompassing hardware, applications and underlying infrastructure component. You will have the ability to clearly articulate benefits of implementing change or process improvement, communicate and work with business to implement and measure benefits derived. You will partner with business, technical, and vendor contacts to discuss the requirements and help develop system architecture. You will take ownership and drives engagement across IT teams, Vendors and Customers. Identifies and mitigate risks. You will drive high availability by maintaining current versions, firmware releases and vendor suggested improvements. You will demonstrate excellent analytical, problem solving and conflict management skills. Manages engagement across customer groups. Balances various & conflicting priorities. Recognizes resistance and mitigates appropriately. You will work closely with Project Managers to transition smooth handover to support team. You will drive due diligence and ensure completeness of documentation. You will provide platform technical specifications for enterprise application deployments, ensuring the optimal utilization of Engineered Systems platform. You will encourage collaboration and easily gain trust and support of business teams, Customers, suppliers, Vendors. You will communicate the IT standards, upcoming changes, & opportunities to our partner You will establish and sustain relationship with business manager of people (MOPs). You will engage with vendors to collaborate on support and monitoring tools, roadmap and impact on support, and provide feedback on performance against service level agreements. You will communicate with customers, suppliers and vendors for issues and resolutions, very high complexity. articulated in terms they understand. You will communicate effectively with both technical and business personnel to gather requirements, communicate expectations, identify solutions, and create action plans. You will collaborate/share support work / Knowledge to other team members and third Party applications/teams. QualificationsBasic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or a graduate of Eaton’s Leadership Development Program Minimum 3 years of IT experience supporting SAP FICO Candidate must be authorized to work in the US on a continuous basis without company sponsorship Position Criteria: Technical knowledge: Possess in depth understanding of business process knowledge and of cross domain business processes Possess excellent analytical capability and Solution Design skills. Soft skills: Excellent communication skills. Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills Specialized skills: SAP ECC 6.0 is mandatory Basic understanding of SAP development is required (e.g. ABAP, SQL) Experience with SAP Data Services, LSMW Must have in-depth functional knowledge, experience in requirements management, and overall support in various SAP FICO area: Cost controlling Product Cost Controlling / Profitability Analysis Accounts payable Accounts receivable Financial reporting GL management Special Ledger Asset Accounting Profit Center Accounting Legal entity definition Tax Dolphin-PTSPreferred Qualifications:Older SAP release experience Experience with Winshuttle SAP FICO business experience We make what matters work.
