Client is looking for a highly energetic and collaborative Test LeadManager who would be a key member of UAT Team, with focus on overall Test Coordination, Test Planning, Test activity Assignment, Coordination with Development COE, Progress Status reporting, Change Coordination. As Test LeadManager, this is your opportunity to led the UAT Test Coordination for Global ERP Roll out. You bring 10yrs ndash 15yrs Global Transformation project (ERP) and testing experience Strong Multi regional remote team management Deep experience with working with offshore test team Industrial or Transportation Industry experience welcome Deep SAP, HCM, S4HANA, Outsystems BSM or SuccessFactors experience For this role we value middot Good verbal and written communication and relationship skills middot Close communication with client and other SIrsquos functional teams designers to understand requirements middot Bold assertive Task master Detail Oriented middot Ability to work closely with other Vendors and SIrsquos middot Needs to have strong trouble shooting skills required and being articulate, punctual, organized and methodical. middot Build professional relationships with clients, management and team members to ensure delivery of proposed solutions, support for development of business possibilities and for personal development middot Contribute to high productivity and motivation of working team with the use of your communication skills and cooperation reach and realize project aims and outputs middot Participate in project status meetings and represent the Testing team
