Job DescriptionPartner – SAP – MFG, North America, Infosys ConsultingInfosys Consulting is currently seeking a Partner in North America with deep experience in large-scale SAP transformations within the Manufacturing industry to join our growing organization. Responsibilities: Practice DevelopmentDevelop and grow Infosys Consulting’s SAP consulting capability for the firmDevelop and successfully take to market SAP offerings that are tailored to the Manufacturing industry (2-3 “big bets” in first year) Build out team, IP and tool set to deliver offeringsWork with Consulting industry heads to develop and implement go-to-market plans for the Manufacturing industry sectorWork with ERP leaders and influencers in other regions to develop firm’s global SAP service catalog and capabilitiesSalesCreate/identify opportunities within existing and new clients using a blend of relationship-building, visionary industry knowledge, intellectual capital, and a command of Infosys services offerings in order to create engagement opportunitiesAlong with a team of consulting leaders, drive sales pursuits and manage contract negotiations for successful opportunitiesMeet operational requirements for pipeline and sales tracking and reportingDelivery Oversee delivery of large-scale SAP transformation engagementsMaintain active delivery responsibilities supporting 30% personal utilizationAdvise clients on ERP (SAP) trends, best practices, and the application of legacy and emerging technologiesPeople LeadershipContribute to resource management through headcount planning, skill need identification and sourcing strategy design. Actively recruit to develop the team, influencing a favorable perception of Infosys as an employer.Provide coaching and guidance to your people tree.Build high morale and a highly effective team; position programs for success. Basic Qualifications:18 years of leadership experience, with strong consulting sales/relationship management/account management experience and deep experience working with Manufacturing clients.10 years of end-to-end SAP implementation experience with Manufacturing companies. Successful track record at the Partner level leading SAP transformation programs for Manufacturing clients within other consulting firm(s). Ability to develop offerings, build teams, sell and deliver technology-driven transformation programs.Good understanding of Manufacturing industry challenges and how SAP S/4 is currently positioned to help companies in these industries drive Digital capabilities.Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent. Master’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in SAP consulting space.Ability to travel up to 4 days a week to multiple local, state and national client locations.U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor visa at this time.Preference for applicants who reside in or around East coast or Midwest Infosys Consulting Hub Locations (Boston, New York, New Jersey, Atlanta, Chicago, Houston, or Dallas) Preferred Qualifications:M.B.A or equivalent advanced degree20 years of leadership experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience with an industry or service offering focus.Big 4 or equivalent firm experience in a Partner CapacityGlobal Delivery Model experiencePrefer to have worked with large MFG clients: similar to Caterpillar, Deere, Honeywell, 3M, Benteler, Hayworth, Herman Miller, Steelcase, HP, International Paper, Jabil, Johnson Controls, Jackson Products, Kohler, KLA-Tencor, Maxitrol, Owens Corning, Philips, Powell Electronics, Respironics, Bosch, Dematic, Summit Electric Supply, Toro, ThyssenKrupp. Knowledge of and experience in:Traditional and emerging SAP solutions and packages; must know S/4HANAERP (SAP) redesign/continuous improvement/automationSAP integration and/or carve-out activities for MA&D workTrack record of thought leadership in SAP and Manufacturing space, as expressed through publications, speaking engagements, conference presentations, etc. Strong network in SAP and Manufacturing space which can be leveraged to recruit additional talent.Excellent client relationships at executive level, that can be leveraged to develop new business.Demonstrable experience expanding services and revenue within a client.
