Responsibilities Reports to IT Director Supply Chain and serves as IT liaison for our Supply Chain Planning and users and leadership. Collaborates with Supply Chain usersleadership to learn business processes, pain points, and requirements and design and implement planning solutions to achieve business value. Delivers all aspects of IT solutions, including requirements, design, testing, documentation, training, roll-out, change management, and support. Researches and remains up to date on Supply Chain Planning technology and business process best practices best suited to the chemicals industry. Leading project teams, meetings, workshops, and training sessions. Leading and mentoring other IT team members including offshore resources. Collaborating with and delegating work to others across our global teams in IT and the supply chain function. Developing long-term relationships and networks both internally and externally Interacting and communicating effectively with teammates, clients, stakeholders, and executive Qualifications REQUIRED Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area. 5 years Supply Chain Planning experience Experience leading teams Excellent business process knowledge and process design skills Strong problem solving and organizational skills Strong verbal and written communications. Willingness to travel (up to 15) PREFERRED SAP PP, MM, SD SAP IBP Demand Planning Blue Yonder (JDA) Enterprise Supply Planning OR Soft SAP master data customers, materials, BOMs, production versions, work centers SAP transactional data sales orders, planned orders, process orders, STOs
