Must Have Skills: Broad knowledge of SAP application and products with detailed knowledge of any module in SAP Expert level SAP project management Expert level stakeholder management and people management Experience with ASAP methodology and SDLC Functional experience – should have worked in managerial capacity in key business function in any domain. Proficiency on risk management, conflict management and negotiation skills Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Nice to Have Skills: Experience with Solution Manager methodology Multi-culture exposure working with different cultures and customers from different regions Certification in Project Management Experience with implementation and/or post-implementation support of SAP public sector solution is desirable
