This position includes leading an organization of operations/supply chain, quality, Finance, and IT professionals in a multi-disciplinary environment while coordinating/partnering with GIS program team resources. The incumbent is accountable for leading the planning harmonizing, building, testing and deployment of SAP enhancements in the Lake County Site supply chain and K2 distribution centers. This role is responsible for all continuous improvement projects linked to SAP that support the following departments: Supply Chain, Quality and Manufacturing.Will lead all SAP developments and enhancements that include execution of manufacturing operations, quality control and testing operations manufacturing financial reporting and cost accounting, material planning, control, and inventory management, and direct and indirect procurement.Implementing Executes Project Plans: Executes project plans to meet project goals, incorporates technical expertise, resource, and regulatory requirements into project plans.Leads all continuous improvements that are linked to SAP process enhancements: Recommends innovative ways to improve performance, quality and enhance profitability on an ongoing basis, modifies work processes and procedures in line with current ADD quality and regulatory requirements.Manages Change: Evaluates the impact of project changes and adjusts implementation activities to meet revised.Clearly communicates any changes and the impact to original plan within the project and across other groups.Drives for Results: Identifies and removes organizational barriers to achieving results.Responsible for understanding SAP technology and direction, developing technical and investment recommendations, road-maps and long-range plans that align the Lake County Site enhancement plan (Symphony).
