Responsibilities: Responsible for the successful implementation of customer’s SAP Finance modules, including providing functional expertise, hands-on delivery, customization, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP products Deep product expertise/business experience in SAP S/4HANA with specific focus on SAP Finance/Controlling/Accounting; strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance Knowledge on ECC to S/4HANA system conversion, dependencies and associated tools around the S4 Conversion. Knowledge of upcoming changes in SAP Finance with SAP S/4HANA, as well as an eagerness to learn, prototype, and grow expertise in the latest SAP financial technologies Act as direct point of contact with customer for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, design, solve finance business problems and map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy customer’s needs Ability to conduct complex and interactive solutioning workshops Strong knowledge of SAP Implementation Activate Methodology Provide continuous feedback on project status and offer constructive options to ensure project continues to meet original expectations Continuously demonstrate and deliver strong and highly professional customer service commitment ▪ Utilize technical and industry knowledge to identify complex client issues and build long-term business relationships with key executives through engagement delivery, as well as networking in professional organizations Contribute thought leadership to the development and growth of HCL’s brand and intellectual capital by, among others: Publishing articles, white papers, and/or speaking at select domestic and/or global conferences Manage and provide leadership to entry level consultants and become actively involved in team development and practice management Actively contribute to and take a leadership role in pre-sales and RFP initiatives Requirements: Sound Knowledge of SAP finance processes across multiple industries. Including not restricted to General Ledger, Asset Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Product Costing/ Material Ledger, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Center & Consolidation. Experience in at least one full implementation project in SAP S/4HANA is a must. At least one full cycle experience or a few proof of concept project on ECC to S/4HANA conversion Experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance must be hands-on, Strong configuration and design skills required Functional/technical proficiency in SAP applications related work, including at least three full lifecycle SAP Finance implementations and solid industry and/or consulting experience Strong hands on experience in and knowledge of design, configuration and implementation of core Financial Accounting (FI) and Managerial Accounting (CO), Margin Analysis (COPA), Material Ledger, Consolidation etc Strong experience in and knowledge of key S/4HANA cross module integration Finance e.g. SD, MM, PP, PM, PS Finance related Integration with SAP satellite solution e.g. Ariba, Concur, SAC, PLC etc SAP Finance, Reporting using FIORI and Embedded analytics experience a plus Must have Associate level certifications S/4HANA Finance in Financial Accounting or Management Accounting. Desirable Profession Certification in S/4HANA finance
