Working as Success factor Report developer which includes activities like requirements gathering, solution design, Report development, testing, defect resolution, conducting technical training for customer. Experience and knowledge on SuccessFactors Compensations, SF Employee Central, and building of reports for these modules. Experience in Integration Center and CPI for developing inbound and outbound interfaces. Minimum 8 years of experience required.
