The Work: Lead SAP SuccessFactors implementations and/or pursuits that transform clients’ HR, Payroll and Workforce Management functions Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create stand-out payroll offerings powered by SuccessFactors Develop strong relationships with clients and gain the trust of key advisors Develop and/or deliver the business case for clients to address their business needs using SAP technology Build and develop your technical SAP and business teams For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only. Qualifications Here’s What You Need: Minimum 7 years of experience in SuccessFactors Minimum of 3 end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations, including project planning, estimation and solution architecture Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management Experience managing teams of 15, including offshore teams Experience leading large, complex sales pursuits Bachelors degree or equivalent experience Bonus Points If: You have integration experience of SuccessFactors to SAP HR On-Premise You have worked with multiple HCM technologies Experience with AMS and HR Operations
