Job Title SAP WMMM Solutions Support Analyst Location Sunnyvale, California, USA Duration 8 Months Visa Transfers are most welcome Responsibilities Work on the priority tickets in WM and MM workstreams by balancing the workload with offshore AMS resources. Responsible to supportresolve issues related to warehouse related hardwaresoftware such as scanners, printers Provide in-person presence to Supply Chain users (Logistics, Procurement, and Planning) in the Bay Area (multiple sites) for user training, Gemba walk, etc. Design and implement allocated enhancements supporting Supply Chain (Primarily Logistics and Materials Management related) Support global IT projectsenhancements in WMMM area such as Protocol writing, IT testing, Regression testing, UAT with business, hardwaresoftware installations printers and scanners Publish the weekly deliverable and upcoming activities for next week Knowledge and skills Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, (or related) or the equivalent in work experience. 10 years of experience in the Information technology profession focused on ERP design and management 8 years of experience in SAP Warehouse Management and Logistics Execution modules with secondary expertise in Materials Management 8 years of SAP WMMM functional design and implementation experience Experience in implementing processes with the hands-on configuration of handheld scanners, printers, automation tools in the warehouse Experience in shippingtransportation tools such as Process weaver. Experience in day to day supporting end-users in LogisticsSupply Chain Experience in the design and implementation of EDI interface with 3PL warehouse systems and related business processes is preferred. Expertise in other related areas such as Master data (Material Master, Control Cycles, condition records, etc.), Stock Transfers, Batch management, Classification, Reporting, Queries. Experience in supporting of Global Trade System and good knowledge of processes related to GTS Experience in working with business processactivity owners in understanding business requirement and solution design Ability to identify, clarify, and resolve project issues and risks as needed. Good analytical problem solving and fact-finding skills. Well-developed written and verbal communication skills. Strong relationship-building skills, internally within IT and with business users.
