Senior Business Consultant – SAP IBP Requirements: At least 5 to 10 years of technical experience implementing SAP IBP time series modules (Demand, S&OP, Inventory, Supply) SAP IBP technical proficiency with at least 2 full life cycle SAP IBP implementations. Expert knowledge in function and technical configuration of SAP IBP modules of demand, supply, inventory and S&OP. Conduct workshops (e.g. requirements, gathering, solution architecting) with business managers. Leverage business and technical expertise to address technology architecture, blueprinting, data analysis, business modeling, technical design, application development, integration, and enablement. Work with client staff and end-users to determine the technical and functional requirements for the planning systems and its integration to ERP, point of sale and reporting systems. Create detailed systems documentation, test scripts, and presentations. Expert in configuration of SAP IBP including Master Data, Planning Area, Key Figure, Key Figure Calculation and Miscellaneous Settings Demand, Supply for Optimizer/Heuristic. Should be able to modeling complex scenarios using Key Figure calculation/Attribute Transformation Able to create SAP IBP Excel-Add In Templates based on the user requirement. Through knowledge in configuration of planning operators and global setting in SAP IBP Creation of HCI Agent/Projects/Task and troubleshooting and good understanding of CPI-DS and trouble shooting Experience defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines. Accountable for the successful delivery of all project phases, releases, and project components for transformation projects. Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills Create detailed systems documentation, test scripts, and presentations. Ability to travel 100 % SAP APO knowledge Bachelor s degree/ Master’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MBA Understanding of supply chain end to end process activities Good understanding of judgmental (qualitative) forecasts, quantitative (time-series) forecasts, and causal (extrinsic) forecasting. ̥ Be able to discuss and work with time-series analysis in forecast data preparation. Good knowledge in Supply Chain planning functional background Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&OP
