KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for the analysis, the design, and the optimization of the IT processes in the SAP system with a focus on SD in the context of support as well as for product-specific further development Act as an expert and support the departments in close coordination. Active participant in the different phases of the development process like technical conception, effort estimation, test, implementation, and documentation Single point of contact for the developer during the implementation of technical developments Configure and develop customization in the module SD. Design and implement EDI requirements of our customers and suppliers. Provision of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level support with a share of approx. 40 Project member or sub-project management on projects such as SAP rollouts Assist in the planning, design, and realization of acceptance tests. Create target group-specific documentation and presentations. Train end-users in SD QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Business management, information technology or engineering degree, or equivalent qualifications and professional experience At least 5 yearsrsquo experience working in the SAP ERP environment (focus on SD) Profound knowledge (including customizing know-how) in SAP SD Experience in SAP projects, including conception and implementation in medium-sized industrial companies. Ability to work independently and consulting expertise in the specialist subjects listed. Team and communication skills Excellent customer service skills Analytical and conceptual thinking Quality-conscious and solution-oriented way of working Structured, well-planned procedure and implementation strength in operative operation Enjoying working in a team and sharing your knowledge is a matter of course. Experience in dealing with the EDI system. Excellent knowledge of MS Office Willingness to travel
