Includes HR technology project support ensuring the technical work meets the future state HR technology needs. Iteratively advance HR reporting, metrics, and analytics for data driven insights and decision support. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Develop, implement, communicate HR analytics solutions such as metrics and dashboards via Excel, business intelligence (BI) platforms and existing reporting tools that will enable all levels of leadership to understand key Human Capital trends across all affiliates. Deliver solutions that spans data collection, analysis, and executive presentations. Stay highly connected across the organization, gaining an understanding on talent issues, HR and business strategies and develops effective KPIs, and analytics that support data driven decisions. Develop and implement HR data-literacy enhancement strategy to achieve high end-user engagement and data-driven decision-making culture. Lead HR business analyst, partnering with HR and IT on the tools and technology for easy to access and intuitive on-demand analytics. Critical to HR Technology projects, bringing knowledge of HR and SAP HCM to support innovative future state automated solutions. Ensures the technical work meets future state HR technology needs. Delivers critical data integration and systems support for key HR programs and processes. Support overall HR data governance and ensure the core infrastructure supports HR data analytics in a secured and governed environment. Ensures compliance with data privacy regulations, standards and best practices. RELATIONSHIPS Key Internal: All levels of the organization; HR IT team; Supports all affiliates. Key External: Interact with vendors on HR Technology projects. QUALIFICATIONS Education Required: Minimum of bachelors degree and at least eight years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience Related Experience Required: Minimum of eight years of work experience related to the Duties and Responsibilities of this position is required. Related experience consists of: Advanced Excel skills, Preferred: BI and data visualization development experience with tools such as PowerBI. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities (KSA) Required: Highly analytical, able to detect patterns in data; ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) data from various sources; exceptional attention to detail; complete working knowledge of SAP HCM. Preferred: Knowledge of SaaS system models like Success Factors.
