Job Title SAP Convergent Mediation Engineer Location Dallas, TX Duration 12 Months Hands-on experience in SAP Convergent Mediation. bull Design, develop, document, test, deploy Convergent Mediation work flows per business requirements bull Collaborate and coordinate with cross functional teams to implement new cross functional feature bull Identifytroubleshoot application andor code-related issues bull Demonstrate creative, strategic thinking and problem solving bull Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communications skills with technical and non-technical clients bull Provides status updates to the team on a regular basis bull Should be able to work offshore team to deliver the projects and complete support activities Solid understanding of BRIM architecture including Convergent Charging, Convergent Invoicing, Billing and Revenue Innovation Management, Subscription Order Management is a PLUS Job Requirements bull 5 or more years of experience in designing, developing and deploying workflows in SAP Convergent Mediation bull 3 or more years of experience in database design, scripting bull Excellent written and oral communication skills bull Strong troubleshooting, problem solving and analytical skills are an absolute must
