OTC experience with enabling Software and Services within SAP OTC process is required. NVIDIA is getting more into selling software and offering support services both as a perpetual model with support as well as subscriptions. So a consultant who has done this before in SAP would be the right fit. Also, should be in strong in SAP SD in general. The SAP SD Business Systems Analyst is responsible for enabling capabilities within the Order to Cash business process areas. The primary responsibilities are to support requirements gathering, process evaluation and design, prototyping, configuration, and testing. Other tasks include system implementations, testing strategy, production support, documentation, training and improvement of software packages and applications by utilizing SAP and third-party solutions. What yoursquoll be doing Yoursquoll be the main contact between IT and SAP SD systems users and technical teams to support OTC business process and cultivate strong business relationships project partners and end users. Architect and design solutions within the SAP ECC ndash SD and assist with the development of blueprint and scope documents for proposed projects, improvements, and bugs. Build functional specifications to bring together both design and requirements, design testing plans for unit, end to end, integration and regression testing, and communicate and facilitate the interaction with SAP support. Additionally, you will act as production support for SAP ECC-SD involving troubleshooting, debugging, resolving help requests, consulting with end-users and basisABAP personnel. Prepare business process procedure documentation to support changes made to the system and will build and execute reports in ECC, APO and SAP BexBusiness Object. What we need to see – Master’s degree or equivalent in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business – 7 – 10 years of SD implementation experience -Deep experience in enabling SoftwareServices Order-To-Cash process -Experience with order types, pricing, delivery processing, shipments, customer returns, and billing -Previous experience with sales master data and revenue recognition -Demonstrable ability to organize information and processes in a logical and efficient manner -Excellent written and verbal communication skills required Ways to stand out from the crowd -Experience in integrating SAP with Cloud systems like SFDC – Exposure to multiple middleware system architectures is a plus (SAP PIPO, MuleSoft etc.,)
